Mother's play such an important part of our lives. Good or Bad they were necessary for us to arrive into this earthly dimension. Some of us did not have a nurturing mother and that is a wound that carries as we try to mother our own children. But Praise Yah, He provided spiritual mothers as well as natural! My prayer has been for the last decade has been for spiritual mothers and fathers to step into their place and parent the next generation coming up.
There is a whole generation of children/young adults looking for direction and purpose as they walk through this tumultuous world. They have as in every generation challenges and things they must be subjected to. (See attachment PDF if you want to learn more about birth orders, and the generations and what their covenant was and what the enemy used to cause those generations to get off track. )
Without parenting they will have difficulty navigating the uncharted waters that are living in and will be facing through their life time.
We make vows as children that we will never be like our parents and yet, often times we go the extreme opposite or become just like them.
So my thought for the day and prayer for the day is....Pray and see if the Father has an assignment for you in regards to parenting. Just because we may have messed up with our own natural children there is a whole generation of orphans trying to understand their design and purpose as well as many adults. What have we been created for? Isn't there more to this life? The answer is yes, and in the next few blogs I will share some documents with you that will maybe help you find what/who you are designed to be. Until then I want to leave a blessing of Proverbs 31:25-29 for all those mother's out there!
"Strength and splendor are her garments, and she rejoices in times to come. She shall open her mouth with wisdom, and on her tongue is the instruction of kindness. She watches over the ways of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness, her children shall rise up and call her blessed. Her husband, he praises her: "Many daughters have done nobly, but you have risen over them all" Happy Mothers Day! May Yah continue to shine His light upon you as you seek His face. Blessings!
